01 initial consultation

Working at your pace, on your terms, and at a price point you’re comfortable with, our initial consultation offers an invaluable opportunity to explore your options. Inviting you to meet Ilan Douek, our director and builder, we’ll create an open, transparent atmosphere in the comfort of our Design Center or your home, allowing you to understand our processes and soundboard ideas and move towards an accurate cost and timeline. It’s a pivotal stepping stone, where light-bulb moments flow, questions are encouraged, and a preliminary building agreement is drafted and submitted.

02 Preliminary Design & Estimation

Bringing together a team of creative thinkers, design whizzes, and next-generation architects, we pride ourselves on our ability to create designs that wow. It’s who we are, pin-pointing emerging trends, identifying opportunities to go against the grain, and transforming modest ideas into bold realities. And while our front-of-house team handles the brainstorming, we’ll be working behind the scenes to lay strong foundations, from architectural plans to site plans, elevation drawings to landscape designs, and everything in between.

03 building contract

We’ll leave no stone unturned, outlining every element of the process in a rigorous fixed-price contract.
